On February 1, 2017, in the city of Jizzak, a round table was held on the topic: "Topical issues of non-formal education in ensuring the employment of women and youth in local communities."
Purpose: presentation of practical experience in the creation of Local Development Centers (ICD) on the basis of social partnership of international and national organizations, assistance in the development of regional centers for instilling professional skills for self-employment of women and youth.
Organizers: Republican Center for Socio-Economic Development "SABR" in partnership with the microcredit organization "Ishonch Effect Credit MKT" and NGO "Hamdard", "URUConnect" (Great Britain).
Participants: G. Turaeva - Senator, Deputy Khokim - Chair of the Women's Committee, Jizzakh Region, Christopher Allan - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland to Uzbekistan, Kathleen Reese and Kathleen Farmer - representatives of URU Connect (UK), Nafisa Khashimova - HR Director JV JSC UZBAT (Tashkent), Ravshan Baratov - DVV International in Uzbekistan (Tashkent), M. Fazilova - head of a farm, representatives of the justice department, NIMFOGO branches, heads of regional organizations, NGOs, mass media of Jizzakh region. A total of 47 people took part.

As part of the dissemination of the accumulated experience in creating a socio-economic model of the "SABR" center to support vulnerable groups of the population, from February 1 to February 6, 2017, 3 two-day training seminars were held in the city of Jizzak on the topic: "Create your own business."

Participants: senior students of secondary specialized educational institutions of the city of Jizzak, clients of MCO "Ishonch Effect Credit", as well as persons interested in starting their own business. More than 100 people took part.
As a practical lesson in small groups, the mentors of the Republican Center of SED "SABR" conducted master classes in the following areas: cutting and sewing, confectionery, hairdressing, manicure, pedicure. At these master classes, the mentors demonstrated their skills and abilities, talked about some of the features and subtleties of the proposed specialties, answered numerous questions from the participants.
