On October 29-30, 2018, in the city of Andijan, a “Round table” was held on the topic: “Education throughout life, the development of social micro-enterprises - the key to sustainable livelihoods of vulnerable groups of the population” and a training seminar on the topic: “Support of entrepreneurship and social business - British experience ”for representatives of NGOs of Andijan, Jizzakh, Kashkadarya, Navoi, Samarkand and Surkhandarya regions.

The organizers of these events are URU Connect (Great Britain) together with the Republican Center for Socio-Economic Development "SABR".

These events were attended by representatives of the Embassy of Great Britain and the United Kingdom in Uzbekistan, deputies of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis, URU Connect (Great Britain), the Republican Center for Socio-Economic Development "SABR", the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Employment and Labor Relations, the SSVE Center under the Ministry of Higher Education and secondary specialized education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as representatives of regional departments of the above ministries and departments. Representatives of 10 regional socially oriented non-governmental non-profit organizations (SO NGO), the Association of Uzbekistan "Tadbirkor Ayol", the Andijan regional committee of women and the media.

The purpose of the round table is to expand the network of socially oriented NGOs and transfer the experience gained on the implementation of the Social Order from the Public Fund for the support of NGOs and other civil society institutions under the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, microfinance support of low-income, economically active segments of the population, support of the Education throughout the entire life, the development of social micro-enterprises is a guarantee of sustainable livelihoods for vulnerable groups of the population. "

Saidov. - Chairman of the Commission for the Management of Funds of the Public Fund for Support of Non-State Non-Commercial Organizations and Other Civil Society Institutions under the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Ms. Riz Ketlin - Director of the NGO “URU Connect”, Deputy of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Ms. Mukhitdinova S .F. - Chairman of the ADJ "Tadbirkor Ayol" of the Andijan region. In their speeches, they noted the effectiveness of mutual cooperation between state and public organizations within the framework of social partnership in creating and providing support to vulnerable groups of the population to ensure a decent standard of living.
